You've done the work. Built the skills. Earned the clients.
This is the part where the right people start knowing your name.
The Digital Marketer's Workgroup is the professional community for marketing specialists who are ready to be recognized, referred, and surrounded by people who actually get it.
Marketing nerds welcome.
GET IN THE ROOMThe freelancer sweet spot is real.
And you've found it — or you're close enough to taste it.
Helping really cool clients do really cool things. And getting paid well for it.
You're the email strategist behind the six-figure cart open. The launch manager keeping 47 moving parts from becoming a dumpster fire. The funnel builder who makes the revenue machine actually work. The copywriter who wrote the thing everyone's quoting.
You work behind the scenes and you're good with that. You're not trying to be the next Alex Hormozi, churning out 85 pieces of content a day.
You just want more of the right people to know you exist.
Here's the problem with every other community in this space.
They're built for your clients — creators, coaches, entrepreneurs trying to build an audience and scale.
So you show up and it's a room full of people pitching services at each other. Or rehashing beginner tactics you figured out three years ago. Or being talked AT by someone on a pedestal who has never actually done your job.
Yes, I like it. Yes, I like it. Let's move on to the next section. What should it be?Â
THIS is the room built for you instead.
Â
Real specialists. Real client results. This is who you'd be sitting next to.
This is how you get in.
It starts with an application.
We review your booking link, services page, website, and social presence — not to judge you, but to make sure the room stays worth being in. We're looking for specialists who are established, professionally presented, and ready to contribute as much as they gain.
Investment: $1,500 annually or $800 bi-annually

I'M EMILY, AND I JUST REALLY LIKE GETTING SMART PEOPLE TOGETHER
Look, I've been doing freelance marketing work since 2007. Total marketing nerd. I still take on client work. I've built the launches, managed the chaos, talked clients off the ledge… and written the emails at midnight.
But here's what people actually ask me about: "Who do you know?"
That's my favorite question.
Maybe it's because I grew up as a military kid, then became a military spouse, constantly moving and rebuilding my network from scratch. I got really good at finding the right people and bringing them together. I saw how much further I could go with the right people in my corner.
I've spoken on Amy Porterfield's stage about who to hire in the marketing department at what stage of business. I host a top-ranked marketing podcast. And what I've learned over 15+ years is that your network isn't just nice to have, it's the thing that makes everything in business easier.
The right people in your corner mean you stop wasting hours on research, you make better decisions faster, and opportunities show up without you hunting for them.
And I just have this dream of getting smart people in a room together to talk shop and let them make each other better.Â
That's it. That's what this Workgroup is.
All in the sake of getting better at our own service-based businesses.Â
Bouncing ideas around.Â
Getting honest answers.Â
Referring people we actually trust.Â
Being around specialists who make us sharper just by being in the conversation.
So my job here is simple: curate the room of smart marketers and protect it.
I vet the applications. I bring in great people. I make sure the quality stays high because once you let standards slip, the whole thing falls apart.
The room you're in determines who you become. Let's make sure you're in a good one.
I'm ready for this roomYou got Q's? I have A's:
Will this help me get more clients?
How is this different from other marketing communities?
I'm already swamped with client work — do I have time for this?
What if everyone else is more advanced than me?
Do I have to be "on" all the time?
Do you guarantee job leads or client opportunities?
Here's what Workgroup members are saying:
Make your life — and the life of your family betterÂ
My kids see me building a business.
I can pick them up after school and bring them to play dates. I can buy them whatever they want. (Within reason, obviously!)
The Digital Marketer’s Workgroup has totally changed my life.Â
It’s helped me get clients. And it’s a community filled with people doing the same thing as me. We’re all business owners, and that’s how I see myself now.
— Jennie Stones, Freelance Digital Marketer
Start working from home and never have to return to your office job again, like Steven…
I now have the freedom to choose when I want to work.
I’m not bound to the 9-5.
The Digital Marketer’s Workgroup has given me confidence in my abilities to be able to step into this freelance lifestyle.
I used to spend my day browsing through Kijiji and Craigslist. and Upwork, looking for jobs that matched what I perceive my skill set to be.
Now I book clients just by being honest with them and saying, I've never done this but I have the support of a really nice group who can help me.
— Steven Fortune, Digital Marketer
And gain a group of cheerleaders with pom-poms waving beside you as you grow your business, like Marci.
The community's support (& the number of jobs!) is GOLD.
I was ready to go all in on my VA business, but I was suffering from information overload. I was working full-time in corporate, and I didn’t have a client. So I tuned everybody else out and went all in on Emily and her membership.Â
Now I’m in a good place. I quit my job and work for myself now, and I don’t have to worry about my finances.
—Marci Sanders, Tech & Email Marketing Specialist
"Since joining, I’ve had 10 discovery calls and booked 6 clients."
"From the very beginning, the experience felt warm and welcoming. What I love most is that the education never stops. There are real opportunities to learn, ask questions, and grow.
I’ve joined other programs where you pay a monthly fee and barely get anything out of it, but this one? It delivers. I made x4-5 ROI from my first client.
There are so many opportunities, and Emily makes it incredibly easy to take action. I never feel pressured to apply to a certain number of jobs or jump through hoops. The Workgroup is phenomenal."
— Tyneshia Dise, digital marketing strategist & agency owner
"I’ve doubled my earning power in this membership, replacing my full-time corporate income with two weeks of work as a digital marketer."
"This community gave me the confidence to grow. The members genuinely want to see each other succeed. They share their expertise and resource – which is key.
Because it raises everybody if we’re all succeeding. Clients see our value and return to book us more."
— Brittany Gardner, Digital Marketing Assistant
"I landed multiple four-figure monthly retainer clients directly from leads Emily has posted."
"And I had my biggest month ever in my business in December. Before joining her membership, I relied on referrals from other people. I was getting clients, but the work was never steady.
Now I can relax knowing I have a reliable pipeline of clients coming my way, even if I have to step away from my business for a couple of weeks."
— Esai Arasi, Social Media Strategist, Social Konnection
""For me the biggest benefit is the group support."
"If I have a question, I know someone will answer for me. I'm newer and the feedback is so important. I love the job opportunities. The extra monthly trainings are so valuable. Those alone are worth the price of the membership>."Â
— Michelle Kukurich, Video Marketer
"3 Retainer Clients in One Month! The Workgroup pays for itself—every time."
“I’ve joined a lot of memberships and they just haven’t delivered... Emily's is the only one I haven’t canceled. I tell everyone about the Workgroup who’s struggling with lead gen or job opportunities. There are options—you just have to find the right ones."Â
— Liz Cruz, Social Media Manager
""I covered my bi-annual membership fee in under a month"
"It's been less than 4 weeks since I've joined. I've had 4 discovery calls, brought in just over $700 in sales AND I still have some proposals out"
—Deanna Seymour, Branding Specialist & Graphic Designer
Booked a $2.5k project in 2026
"I saw a job posting, reached out, and got hired. That one job alone covered the cost of my membership twice over! This group is 100% worth it and will totally pay off!
— Jen Mullen, The Mindful Virtual Assistant
